I am originally from Nashville, Tennessee, and I lived in Vancouver, B.C. for a few years before calling Colorado home. Prior to my career in counseling, I worked cross-culturally with individuals and families in non-profit program development. Building on this background, I decided to become a counselor because I love the depth of possibilities that the counseling process offers, and I believe firmly in its ability to bring about lasting change.

I am passionate about counseling young women in high school, college, young adulthood, and beyond. Adolescence and young adulthood are critical times in a woman’s growth and development that no one should have to navigate alone. It is largely due to my own struggles and triumphs during these seasons that I decided to pursue a career in counseling.

A few words that clients, colleagues, and friends have used to describe me are steady, intuitive, dedicated, and empathic. I look forward to learning more about you, and how I can help meet your counseling needs.
